Shipping policy

All orders shipped within the US come with complimentary free shipping.

To limit unnecessary production waste, most of our products are Made-to-rder, meaning that the item is only created after an order is placed. Made-to-order items require 14-16 days to craft and ship from our international manufacturers.
Once the item is created, it is shipped to our warehouse in Seattle, WA, and our team will ship your order out to its final destination with your selected shipping class.

If you need your Made-to-order item sooner, you can select the $25 Expedited Shipping option at check out. Expedited shipments are sent straight from our manufacturer to you, so your wait time is cut down to 10-12 days for delivery.
